| Queen Diva Queen Diva is the ruler of what appears to be a race of giant bugs, the Bugrom, in the El-Hazard series. While she appears to be human and is quite beautiful, one can't really tell whether her "wings" and "antennae" are part of her or part of her costume. However, in the second movie of El Hazard, Jinai suggested (after almost being crushed) "We are low on soliders why don't you lay some eggs". This statement would seem to indicated that she is indeed a bugrom. She dates series villain and crazyman Katsuhiko Jinnai, as she initially believes he was sent to her by God to help her dominate El-Hazard. There are some official pictures on the Web which strongly imply (oh boy do they ever) that there is a romantic relationship between Diva and Jinnai. |
